Whether you are a professional caterer or throw parties as a hobby, you will LOVE learning skills and technique from Carl Jones, “The Wizard of Food Service.” Carl has been in the food service business almost 30 years. He has owned restaurants, worked as a restaurant executive; involved in all aspects of the business.
He started a catering company 20 years ago that is known as the best in West Tennessee. Carl is mentor to top chefs and caterers throughout the U.S. Carl writes for international food magazines, teaches and speaks at conferences and works as a small business and food consultant across the nation.

Chef Training - Immersion Course - $5000.00
Add Culinary Artistry to your Catering; including Tray Garnish and Design, “cutting edge” Plate presentation, Week long immersion courses, taught to Chefs and Garde Manger. During this intensive course, students will learn basic and intermediate fruit and vegetable carving and sculpting.
While at your hotel, the witty and entertaining Carl Jones will do daily carving demonstrations for hotel guests. Carvings will be displayed on buffets. By the end of the course, your garde manger will be able to carry on the impressive designs.
Carl will also work with your buffet design staff, teaching the latest eye popping designs!.
